These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AAA Abmer OÜ , d/b/a Nextbrowser ("Nextbrowser," "we," "us," or "our") when you access or use the Nextbrowser websites, cloud platform, browser extensions, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you access the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must create an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subject to these Terms, Nextbrowser grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and plan limits are described on our pricing page. Paid plans include enhanced features and usage limits. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or under our refund policy.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or government fees associated with your purchase, unless we are required to collect them.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately.
Nextbrowser retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual‑property rights. Except for the license in Section 3, these Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other IP.
Our use of your information is governed by the Nextbrowser Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. We process your data to provide and improve the Service, secure our platform, and comply with legal obligations.
The Service may integrate with third‑party websites or APIs. We are not responsible for third‑party content or services. Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nextbrowser disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nextbrowser will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, even if advised of the possibility.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nextbrowser and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims or damages arising out of your (a) use of the Service; (b) violation of these Terms; or (c) violation of any law or third‑party rights.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms and indicate the “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
